How to Request Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their Sneh Milan account at any time by following these steps:
Open the Sneh Milan app.
Go to the Settings option.
Tap on Delete Account.
Enter your registered mobile number.
Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be submitted for processing.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is processed, the following user data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
User profile information
Name, email address, and phone number
Uploaded profile photos
Posts, comments, and user-generated content
Community participation records
App activity and preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes, including:
Transaction or payment records (if applicable)
Reports related to abuse, spam, or policy violations
Backup logs and security records
Such retained data will only be stored for the minimum duration required by applicable laws or operational requirements.
Retention Period
Most user data is deleted within 30 days after the deletion request is confirmed.
Backup or security-related records may be retained for up to 90 days before automatic permanent deletion.
