How to Request Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their Sneh Milan account at any time by following these steps:
- Open the Sneh Milan app.
- Go to the Settings option.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be submitted for processing.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is processed, the following user data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
- User profile information
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Uploaded profile photos
- Posts, comments, and user-generated content
- Community participation records
- App activity and preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes, including:
- Transaction or payment records (if applicable)
- Reports related to abuse, spam, or policy violations
- Backup logs and security records
Such retained data will only be stored for the minimum duration required by applicable laws or operational requirements.
Retention Period
- Most user data is deleted within 24 hours after the deletion request is confirmed.
- There will be no backup or security-related records.
